I tried to place an order, but the pages took forever to load and the checkout was way more confusing than it needed to be. I felt like I wasted a bunch of energy just trying to get through something that should’ve been simple.

I stopped by hoping to find something I liked, but the selection was weak. When I asked about other options, it felt like I just kept getting the usual policy excuse instead of any real help, which was frustrating

I waited longer than expected for it to arrive, which was already frustrating, and then when I finally got it, the product didn’t match the description at all. The size was off and some of the details were different too. It felt really misleading, and after waiting around for it, that made it even worse. I definitely wouldn’t buy from them again.

My refund did come through , but it took a little longer than I expected . Overall , it was fine , just a bit slow .

My parcel arrived in a thin bag that was completely crushed, with no padding or protection at all. The item box inside was dented and dusty, like it had just been thrown in and sent out. I also had to chase them after raising a complaint, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Really poor packaging and not what I expected.

I wasn’t really thrilled with my order from Splash. One of the items just wasn’t in the box at all, and another one arrived with a cracked corner, like something about it got banged up during shipping. I did email them and they responded, but it took longer than I expected and it still hasn’t been fully sorted out. The prices were decent, but I’m not sure I’d order from them again unless they improve the packing

Checkout was really easy overall. I liked that I could use PayPal or just pay by card, which made things simple. Would’ve been nice to see a few more wallet options though.

I ordered from shopsplash.com it came looking pretty much like what they showed. The color was close, the size seemed right, and the little details matched up, so it wasn’t one of those “what is this?” kind of situations when I opened it.

The only thing I’d say is the material looked a bit better in the pictures, like slightly nicer or more polished, but in person it’s still fine. Not perfect, but not bad either. I’m happy enough with it and I’d say it’s a solid 4 stars

Email replies also took a bit longer than I expected. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just think it could be a little smoother
